First Snow!

While Maggie napped this morning Josie and I got out in the snow. She loves it so much just like her Daddy. It was fun to be outside with her:)

Our mornings are slow around here a lot. Josie would prefer to stay in her jammies all day! She loves to collect a lot of random toys and walk around...in her pink boots of course! Maggie is content as long as she can see the action and chew on toys!

6 Months

Maggie is 6 months! She had her appointment yesterday. She is healthy and developing perfectly. She can sit up for awhile without falling and can roll both ways, but doesn't roll very often--she likes to sit up and watch her sister running around!

We plan to start feeding her some baby food more regularly now. I made a bunch for her just like I did for Josie. She has had some homemade squash and loved it. I am going to try to feed her dinner when we eat in hopes she is less fussy during that time of day:) At her appointment the doctor asked if it was an easier first 6 months then Josie's first six months and my answer was by a longshot YES! While Maggie is not exactly an easy, quiet baby...she is nothing like Josie was. Whew. I love my Josie so much, but she was a tough tough baby. Maggie is not a good sleeper, but she is happier in general then Josie was her first six months. I just can't believe that in six more months this little girl will be ONE. That's crazy. We love her so much and are so happy she is part of our family.

Tuesday

Yesterday was a long afternoon at our house. Maggie didn't nap and neither did Josie. Luckily, it was sunny and fairly warm outside, so we went out to play. I took pictures of Maggie inside because she was in the Ergo while we were outside and I thought I would get some shots of Josie, but she was less then cooperative:)

Preschool Thanksgiving

Paul and Maggie attended the Thanksgiving feast at Josie's school on Tuesday. I was having some minor surgery to fix some problem veins in my legs (a lovely gift from my large baby Maggie)
